Leslie Erickson

Leslie is a performance coach who helps ambitious leaders unlock clarity, confidence, and impact in the moments that matter most. With over a decade of experience advising executives and investors, she brings a rare blend of boardroom credibility and evidence-based coaching expertise.

Leslie is a leader in Incandescent’s private equity practice. Before founding The Well Coaching, she co-founded the Leadership, Talent & Org practice at PwC. She began her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse and later as a principal investor at multi-billion-dollar private equity firms — giving her firsthand understanding of the unique pressures leaders face to deliver in high-stakes environments.

She has served on boards across healthcare, technology, nonprofit, and higher education sectors. She holds the following degrees:

• Graduate Level Degree, Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding University

• MBA, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (F.C. Austin Scholar)

• BBA in Business Honors and Finance; and BA in History from The University of Texas at Austin

Leslie lives in New York City with her husband, son, and mini goldendoodle. In her spare time, you can find her exploring New York’s food scene, making pottery, or chasing after her toddler in Central Park and museums.
