Each engagement is customized, but typically includes 60-minute sessions (bi-weekly or monthly), ongoing support between sessions, and tools to apply immediately in your role.
Executive Coaching
Individual coaching is customized based on your specific goals and needs. Pricing is per session and we can have as many or as little sessions as desired. Potential strategies can include:

Signature Career Coaching Program
A four-session program designed for senior leaders, emerging executives, and high performers preparing for what’s next. I use research-backed coaching frameworks to explore your signature strengths, blockers, and life and career goals within the context of your values. This program is bespoke to you and maximizes self-reflection, giving you a strategic clarity to evolve your career into one that is both satisfying and meaningful. Ideal for resets, career inflection points, or preparing for bigger opportunities.
We will work together to develop a personalized curriculum that maximizes impact. However, a sample four-week session could look like the below:
Session 1: Goal setting, career journey, and values check
Session 2: Signature strengths & derailers under stress
Session 3: Future visioning
Session 4: Roadmap to achieve results
A Note about Fees
Some companies are willing to sponsor leaders and high potential talent in their organization. If you think your company may be open to sponsoring your coaching sessions, I am happy to discuss what that might look like.
I believe that coaching should be accessible so a portion of my practice is reserved for sliding scale clients. If you have difficulty managing out of pocket costs, please inquire about sliding scale options.
